The Olympic name was brought back in 1991 but alas it is not a kit that was built in the Premier factory like the good old days. Like so many kits aimed at the beginners market the present kit is built in Taiwan although these drums have quality input from Premier making it one of the better budget sets that are on the market.

As usual of budget kits colours available are Black, White and Wine Red but I have a pic of a kit in Blue so that must have been around at some time. Hardware and pedals can be bought separately to expand the kit and as they have now been on the go for ten years they must be doing well.

I have to admit my passion is for the older Olympics, as they say good things improve with age. Just look at me!!........
